If the original purchaser wants to return our product or do an exchange, they will have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to do so. The following criteria must be met in order to receive an exchange.

Like-new condition, still in original carton, all original footage included in carton, must be clean and free of any damage. Original purchaser will be responsible for a $25-restock fee, shipping fees back to RWD as well as new shipping fees for exchanged product.

NOTE: All special orders or custom orders will not be excepted for return. In the event RWD LLC makes an error in the ordering process we will gladly take care of all charges to receive material back and re-deliver correct material to customer.
